what excites your soul?

Rumi: “Respond to every call that excites your soul.”  Art always does this for me. Color, shape, line, texture, pattern, style, all the principles of art; these things excite me inside and out, and I want to fulfill that by creating as much as I can. I am not very famous or prosperous but I am prolific. One day someone will clean out my stuff and be shocked at how much I have made. It may never be in a museum or gallery. It may never bring big prices but maybe it will speak to someone somehow and excite a soul.
