Praise God's light

which leads and guides you to all things good.

Allow God's light to shine

His light never goes out.

He knows us before our first breath and after our last breath.

He has an answer to our many questions.

He has control of every inch of our life.

If we allow it and WE SHOULD ALWAYS ALLOW IT.  God should be in every part of our lives. It is the one true way to the best life.

Life weary

I am tired but

God holds me and I rest in his embrace if only to the end of this sentence

 

Lost and broken

I need repair but

God glues the pieces of my life together again with his super glue of divine love

 

Hurt and questioning

I still feel confused but

God has the balm and the answers to both

 

Dark and scared

I tremble but

God is my light and protection

Christ inside shines through you!

The last golden light after a summer storm floods the darkest corners of my soul.

A peace settles in my heart.

I feel an awesome calm that has eluded me for some time.

I pray it will last and life’s dirty little tricks leave me alone for a while and allow my crushed soul to be bathed in that lovely golden light for a long, long time.

Looking into God's light

Settled and accepting

She looks into the sunset as if looking into God's own eyes.
She is comforted and resolute that she can fight another day.
Smiling and calm
She observes life all around her.
All are battling their own demons and those
with God by their sides seem to always win.
She chooses to reside with Him as well.

Day 54 and seeing the light

Finally, seeing some light at the end of this long tunnel I've been traveling.

Now if only I can find some rest for this weary body.

Life is not only not always easy but it is sometimes dark and mysterious.

The only way we find the answers or joys is to stay in its light.

God is that light.

His way is well lit.

We are the ones who step off the path and find the darkness.

His light is not always easily seen but if we follow His way and word....

The light is obvious!

Shines through the cracks
Of this broken vessel.
Darkness is gone and
Hope is restored.

Through His sacredness
I reach out to others
With compassion.
Spirits are lifted.

Believing in eternity
Provides peace to a weary mind.
Day by day balance is found
And joy returns to a broken vessel
Now made whole through God's light.
