from her soul
Broken family ties
Because of Satan’s lies
Hurt feelings
From life reeling
Praying for repair
Pushing Satan back into his lair
Trusting God’s Divine power
Coming down from his heavenly tower
Restoring gracious peace
With a lifetime lease

what really matters
What matters in life? Salvation. Love. Health. Happiness.
Dedication. Grace. Fellowship.
Salvation – trust God. Give him your life and he will give
you everything you need. NEED. Love – love God and be loved. It is the greatest
commandment. Health – treat your body as God’s temple and it will give you
years of service. Happiness – choose joy and it will be abundant. Dedication –
give yourself to who and what matters. God is always there for you if you keep
looking for him and finding him beside you. Stay true to your family. Support
them. Be blessed by them. Grace – accept it. It is a gift from God, life
itself. Fellowship – spend time with the ones who think, believe and live like
you do, within the realms of God’s will.
This all sounds so simple and truly, it really is. Don’t
give up. Try. Do. Live God’s plan for your life and nothing will ever be any
sweeter or more prosperous. Share this wonderful lifestyle with everyone you
care for and it will never cease to surprise and bless you. Go the distance.
Persist. Trust.

Words are so amazing and can do so
much.
They can drag us down.
They can lift us up.
Words are so important and needed.
They can confuse us.
They can shepherd us.
Words are so awesome and a real
blessing
They can weaken us.
They can strengthen us.
Words are so meaningful (no pun
intended) and essential.
They can misinform us.
They can teach us.
Words are so precious and valuable.
They can give us headaches.
They can give us relief.
Words are God’s gift to us all.

focus on your cure
As long as I can find time to pray, I can make it through
life.
As long as I can find time to study God’s word, I can
survive life’s curves.
As long as I can find time to create art, I can endure the
day to day challenges.
As long as I can find time to express my thoughts, I can
persevere through life.

self talk
By Queen Anne’s gate I met my fate.
Would I thrive or simply survive?
Would I receive hope or simply cope?
Could I believe what I would receive?
In Queen Anne’s meadow I met a fellow.
He heard me pray and seemed to say;
“Do you want to remain or should you be slain?”
I could not decide since I had no pride.
On Queen Anne’s road I met a toad.
He knew my life had been one of strife.
He told me that to my prayer God gave a nod.
At Queen Anne’s gate keep walking straight.

art and words calm me
My soul seeks quiet and peace.
My heart longs for love and joy.
My spirit needs serenity and calm.
My body needs strength and respite.
Prayer gets me through the hard days and long nights.
My mind wanders through jungles of thoughts.
My schedule is overloaded with everyone and everything but
me.
My world is cramped by life’s troubles.
My family is sick in body and mind.
Prayer gets me through long visits and lengthy calls.

words can tell
words can express
words can describe
words can direct
words can strengthen
words can comfort
words can do much
