In this world of stillness
We bow in reverence to the
One in control
We ask for strength to carry us through
And grace to see us to the end
And faith we will not forget
To continue sharing God’s abundance and love
Why do we wait till it’s too late?
Why do we allow time to be wasted?
Why do we show so little love?
Why do we think we have tomorrow?
Why do we think we can do it later?
Why, why, why?
