A single beat does not make a symphony.
A single note does not make a melody.
Rhythm adapts to all the beats and notes.
Cadence is set by all the members of the piece.
Choose to follow that tempo and find a new pleasure in life.
Know than your own pace is part of the bigger movement.
And don’t forget to….hum, sing, or whistle as you work at it.
