Design the page with multicolored spots as an animal print. Use the magazine stencil idea (cut out model and use shape as a stencil, and paint around, careful not to over paint and disturb the spots underneath). Draw lines on part of the page and write a message. I call this Spot Check.

I like how the spots on the figures are brighter than the surrounding background. Great title, "Spot Check." I know only too well how easy it is to lose our spots or to replace them with those who we serve be it a spouse, our children, our friends. What a clever journal page. Thanks for sharing.
