Fear runs in the background of daily routines.
Prayers linger on the tip of my tongue.
Doubt hides behind every joy.
Peace lurks amidst anger and impatience.
Uncertainty attacks every belief.
Clarity of presence holds my hand.
Death and disaster haunt my thoughts day and night.
Hope comforts my dreams of survival and surrender.
Disappointing questions find faith-filled answers and
I saved by grace to make it another day.
