Lord,
Breathe into my lungs
Your strength and holiness.
Speak into my heart
Your love and peace.
Look into my soul
With your perfect sight
And send the healing I need.
Listen to my cries and
Soothe them with your embrace.
Place your calming thoughts
Into my mind and give me
The balance and serenity
I seek.
