When peace like a river
gathers round you every day,
You'll find a joy for living
like none anywhere else.
God is your protector and
will never leave your side.
His grace is freely given and
in Him you shall abide.
When peace like a river flows
through your daily world,
you'll find a bit of heaven
in today's hectic life.
You'll know love and comfort;
you'll know which way to travel
and God will be with you now
and eternal.
