as the sun's rays filter through the trees
my spirit is lifted and my heart is warmed
like God's own breath entering my lungs
a moment of peace is found where none had existed
in life there are seasons of bliss and turmoil
but God remains the same and we are blessed
take it all in for it defines who we are
